5 Key Components
Wellness in heart, voice and body have always been a top priority for me as a performer.  Singing and performing awakens our senses and awareness in each breath, each note, and every movement. There is also an urgency to stay healthy, physically fit, and emotionally balanced in order to serve and perform.
The physiological underpinnings of how our voices and body function, inspire me to dig deeper not only as an artist but as a human. In these times of uncertainty and stress, it's never been more important to find a sense of balance. Not having balance can impede our courage to Live Our Passions and to live our best life.

working toward  so many of us need to heal and create a healthy "whole" person. Be it vocally, physically, personally, financially, or emotionally.

My consistent vocal and yoga practices in conjunction with physical and mental wellbeing, have made me passionate about empowering others to be their best selves.
